My Software Testing Journey

Hi! My name is Mira. I am new to the blog world. I created this blog for my software testing stories. I am going to share to the world what I learned about software testing. First and foremost, I will tell you how I get into the testing world. I used to be a programmer back in Philippines for almost 3 years and during that time, testers were not that popular yet. So, bugs found in the Clients were many that took time to fix. Then, I migrated to New Zealand and worked in a government company as a Subject Matter Advisor. I was not a tester but I found bugs and issues of our software. That's when I realised that I have a potential to be a software tester. When I moved to Australia I focused on enhancing my software testing skills. I took my ISTQB - Foundation Level Certification and did some freelance work. I took a 2 year break for my kids and now back to testing world for good. So, bear with me as I am also learning while doing this and at the same time sharing what I learned to you. Happy Reading!
